Notes

many canned coconut milks contain added water, emulsifiers, thickeners, and artificial flavourings. we love aroy d because it doesn’t contain any of that. it naturally separates into coconut cream and coconut water when left unshaken (put it in the fridge to expedite this process), the cream ideal for frying up aromatics due to its high fat content, and the water ideal for braising.
